Designer, sculptor, and visionary, Michael Habicht iii is renowned for his artistic inventiveness, creative designs, and effervescent outlook. Michael Habicht III didn’t begin his career designing and producing events, but rather as a teenage stunt car driver who was regularly cast as an extra on popular television shows. His “hands” got a big break when they portrayed the hands of MacGyver tying off bombs on the hit TV show, a soon after, he was selected as a model to walk the fashion runway in Italy.

However, it was his 15 minutes co-starring alongside Andy Warhol on the Love Boat that affirmed the course of his event and design career. His time with the legendary pop artist inspired him to trust his own artistic inventiveness and to further hone and market his many talents in the world of event design production.

Today he is known as “The Michael” by an adoring global clientele and renowned for his design innovation, flowing imagination, and attention to every detail.  For two decades, the CEO and Founder of iii designs has built his own creative lifestyle factory and clients call on him for their most important occasions and fêtes.

Whether transforming an empty space into a sophisticated destination, designing an ethereal wedding, producing events on private estates, fashioning intimate gatherings for two or fabricating Le Diner en Blanc for 1,000+ guests, planning The Dining Room secret society pop-up restaurant series in Los Angeles, or custom designing Christmas trees for Hollywood’s biggest stars; Michael’s creations and designs scapes instantly pull you into the overall experience.

A gifted artist, his sculptures have been shown at Andrew Weiss Gallery and commissioned by private collectors and corporations.  He designed and launched a Fifi & Romeo luxury pet boutique in Tokyo and Just this year designed four Bellacures nail salon franchises.  Just completing the Remodel of Crustaceans Restaurant located Beverly Hills.

Michael was recently honored by Thumbtack, Inc. as “Best Wedding Decorator” and is currently nominated for a John Chase Art & Design Award by the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. He is called upon regularly as an event and entertaining expert for print interviews and television appearances.
